Day 4:)
I just got back from the gym and I feel AMAZING:)I stocked up at work with tons of healthy options to help me make the right decision there, so I feel like I am off to a great start. I really needed this opportunity to get me started and back on track. I am pushing to lose 50 pounds by September. My BIG goal is to lose about 100 pounds altogether. I know I can do this and I will!
