Monday Feb.1

The past 2 days have been hard. I found myself getting really stressed yesterday and then I turned to food for comfort. By the end of the night I was upset with myself about the choices I had made, so when I got home I did the WII. It was my 2ond workout for the day but I still pushed!I did 30 mins of free step, and I put the extensions on the legs to make it harder! I felt better afterwards:) Today however was even worse than yesterday, but I didn't go crazy. I thought "How did you feel yesterday when you turned to food?" Instead I decided to go workout with my friend Dan. Let me tell you he kicked my butt! I am so sore now, but I also feel amazing! It really is crazy how exercising can take your stress away! My first weigh in I lost almost 4 pounds which I was really good! I hope to do around the same this week. Wish me luck, and luck to all the others:)
