3rd weigh in :(
I weighed in today at a plus .6 which isn't a lot but it still sucks! I feel like maybe I did too much strength training this week? I did like 1/2 my time with cardio and the other 1/2 strength training. I feel stronger and the other day I noticed my bicep starting to develope. Watch out for th gun show in training :) I am just going to look at this weigh as a very small bump on my road to success. we'll just hope that I don't reach any hills, or mountains. Wishing luck to everyone else this week! we can do it guys!
