2ond Weigh In!
Tonight was our 2ond weigh in and I lost 1.8 pounds, which is great considering I had a stressful week! I am down 5 pounds now :)I am proud of my accomplishments that I made this week and I'm looking forward to the next week! Hopefully this next week will be a little less stressful. I made a lot of realizations this week! I realized that everytime I get stressed I don't care and I set my self up for failure. Not to mention that when I would weigh myself, only to find that it went up, I would get upset and say "Why did I gain weight?". Then decided it was the scales fault and buy a new scale. This week after I realized this I put the food down and stepped into the gym! Great job everyone!
